Al-Masad The Palm Fiber
سُورَةُ المَسَدِ
﷽
رقمها ١١١ عدد آياتها ٥
تَبَّتۡ يَدَآ أَبِي لَهَبٖ وَتَبَّ ١
May the hands of Abu Lahab be ruined, and ruined is he.
Saheeh InternationalTabbat yada abee lahabin watab
Transliterationمَآ أَغۡنَىٰ عَنۡهُ مَالُهُۥ وَمَا كَسَبَ ٢
His wealth will not avail him or that which he gained.
Saheeh InternationalMa aghna AAanhu maluhu wama kasab
Transliterationسَيَصۡلَىٰ نَارٗا ذَاتَ لَهَبٖ ٣
He will [enter to] burn in a Fire of [blazing] flame
Saheeh InternationalSayasla naran thata lahab
Transliterationوَٱمۡرَأَتُهُۥ حَمَّالَةَ ٱلۡحَطَبِ ٤
And his wife [as well] - the carrier of firewood.
Saheeh InternationalWamraatuhu hammalata alhatab
Transliterationفِي جِيدِهَا حَبۡلٞ مِّن مَّسَدِۭ ٥
Around her neck is a rope of [twisted] fiber.
Saheeh InternationalFee jeediha hablun min masad
